Terms and Conditions

TERMS:
COD or VISA/MC until approval of completed credit application. Upon credit approval, terms are Net 30 days from date of invoice.

MINIMUM:
Our only minimum is the purchase of 2 lbs. of each type of tea. There is no dollar amount required.

CLAIMS:
All claims for damage or shortages must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. No claims or returns will be accepted without the approval of an authorized East Indies Tea Company representative.

RETURNS:
If there is a defect in any of our products, we will replace it or offer a refund. Due to recent events, we cannot accept returns once the heat-sealed bag has been broken. Refunds are not available because you do not like the flavor of the tea. It is strongly suggested that you sample all teas before purchase.

SPECIAL PREORDERS:
We are pleased to order special or unusual items on a pre-order basis.

PRICE CHANGES:
Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for misprints.

SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
